"The Instrumental division of HALA performs traditional
and modern cultural songs like salsa and many other rhythms from the
Caribbean Islands and South America, helping new kids joining HALA's
Intrumental Division learn more about Latino Music and history. HALA's
Instrumental Division offers guitar and percussion classes to school
age children with an added emphasis on the Latino culture (culture awareness),
learning leadership roles and creativity, besides automatically involving
the students in performances offered for the parents to see."
